Leed Gold

Our ambitious refurbishment aim of transforming heritage protected buildings to green buildings awared with a LEED Gold certification has been achieved!

After a sevenyear intensive process involving collaborations with dozens of experts to complete all prerequisites and earn points by fullfilling credit requirements to demonstrate the highest sustainability standards, we have achieved the LEED v4 Gold certification for the multifunctional, heritageprotected 100 YARDS PRAGUE building complex in the historic city center.

Certified green buildings are characterized by careful and economical use of resources and energy in the construction, management and use of the property; they seek to avoid emissions and pursue innovative ways of achieving the most sustainable, resource-friendly and ecological management. This is characterised by an improvement in the carbon footprint and, in particular, a reduction in carbon emissions which are attributable to energy consumption, water consumption and/or waste disposal. This contributes to the maximum comfort within the office and retail spaces, including the indoor air quality.

LEED is a globally recognized certification system that serves as an international benchmark for constructing high-quality buildings with reduced environmental impact and enhanced occupancy comfort. Projects go through a verification and review process by the Green Business Certification Inc. and are awarded with points that correspond to a level of LEED certification: Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum
