Demolition work has begun

In March 2022, the works focusing on the demolition of the previous fitouts and preparation for the re-development of 100Yards have commenced. LaSalle Investment Management managing the investment appointed Studio acht as the architect and GLEEDS to manage the construction project. Works are executed by Instalace Praha as the general contractor of the project.

With care for local citizens and pedestrians on the street, a spacious and safe tunnel was installed to facilitate the continuous footfall on the street. The tunnel will shortly be covered with the useful information about the project and history of the street
