The 100YARDS project emerging in the location of the prestigious Na Příkopě street in Central Prague has been introduced officially to media representatives. Mr. Hagen Knaupp MRICS, representing the investor LaSalle Investment Management, introduced the plan for the refurbishment of this new premium retail and office project.

By combining three historic buildings whose facade corresponds to the length of 100 yards, a world-class multi-purpose complex with the longest continuous display area will be created here. A location with millions of annual visitors will provide unparalleled opportunities for the world’s leading brands in the heart of the city.
 
The project is being designed by architects from Studio acht Architects led by Václav Hlaváček. The refurbishment will also focus on the location’s monumental heritage with the preserved historical classicist facade contributing to the premium character of the property.

Cushman & Wakefield represented by Jan Kotrbáček and Jan Voslář has been appointed as the exclusive agent for the lease of 100YARDS retail space. Office leasing will be covered by JLL as an exclusive representative, represented by Klara Bannatyne.
