Welcome our new tenant Hays Czech Republic s.r.o., a leader in specialized recruitment and workforce solutions, to the 100 YARDS PRAGUE project!

We are very proud and happy to announce the successful conclusion of the lease agreement for 874.15 m2 of premium office space on the 4th office floor of our project. Many thanks to all parties involved who made a major contribution to this successful deal namely Klara Bannatyne and Milan Kilik from iO Partners - JLL preferred partner as well as Tomas Homola, Lenka Mrázová and Šárka Nahodilova as dedicated technical Project Managers of Gleeds Česká republika s.r.o., the Studio acht Architects team and Barbora Vaculová of White & Case for the legal advice.
